Responsibilities:

• Lead people and teams and define team tasks and goals
• Participation in decisions and their implementation
• Developing goals, vision and production planning
• Monitoring and analyzing the market and user behavior
• Market analysis to evaluate product requirements and prioritize it
• Collaborate with the product team to implement new product features
• Gathering and developing requirements with the help of the technical team
• Providing regular reports on the status of the product and its progress
• Setting up the business model and reviewing the competitors' business models and market analysis
• Conducting Proposal design, business plan, marketing plan and analytical reports
• Product testing and finding existing bugs and reporting bugs
• making sure the tasks are completed and satisfactory results are achieved by keeping track of progress

Requirements

• At least two years of work experience in a similar position
• Graduated with a master's or bachelor's degree in management or computer science
• Familiar with system analysis and design
• Familiar with the concepts of user interface and user experience
• Experience in leading a software product from defining requirements to implementation and deployment
• Fluent in English
• Attention to detail and planning

* Start-up experience in IT companies is an advantage
